Expo tickets are sold only at the box office during the Fitness Expo.

Fitness Expo is the largest fitness and bodybuilding Expo in Scandinavia. During the years we have ahd more than 11.000 spectators visiting Fitness Expo. Fitness Expo is the most important fair for the companies in the fitness industry in Finland. We have about 50 companies from fitness and sports industry in Fitness Expo.

The location of Lahti is excellent for a trade fair venue. 2.5 million consumers live within a radius of 100 km. Close to the centre of Lahti, the fair centre provides exhibitors with the outstanding facilities needed for a successful trade fair.
